The bride and groom selected yellows and oranges for their wedding colors and the warmth was portrayed throughout the day. Starting with the beautiful First Presbyterian Church in Joliet, IL with gorgeous stained glass to the historic Gaylord Building in Lockport, IL where President Lincoln himself dedicated the canal (was it the canal?… he dedicated something there). Kevin’s brother Mark, who is an art teacher, painted their cake toppers. Absolutely amazing! If you ever need or want something unique, creative, and hugely impressive then please, turn to Mark Fiske. He’s your man.

All of the jewelry that Susan wore are family heirlooms from pre WWI (was it I or II?). Each piece has been lovingly cherished for years and years. I think it’s a beautiful gift to hand down from one bride to the next in a family. Gorgeous pieces.

I loved the colors, the details, the shoes, the cheerfulness, the wedding parties laughter, the bride and grooms glowing, loved filled eyes. Seriously, I can go on and on. But instead, why don’t you just take a look. More than anything… enjoy.
