Couch to 5K

Today I begin the Couch to 5K program.  It’s a nine week long running program that helps beginners make running a habit.  I guess most newbies do too much too fast and end up hating it (I’d be one of them) so this program claims that it starts you off slowly and gets you going without over working you.  Anyhow, today I’ll begin the three times a week program for the next nine weeks.  I thought about taking a before picture followed by another picture each week of my bodies progress but I’m thinking I may not post those.  That is all together too embarrassing.  Maybe at the end of my getting healthy journey I’ll post them to see where I came from.  I guess stay tuned for the next few months and check me out! :)
