Today I begin the Couch to 5K program. It’s a nine week long running program that helps beginners make running a habit. I guess most newbies do too much too fast and end up hating it (I’d be one of them) so this program claims that it starts you off slowly and gets you going without over working you. Anyhow, today I’ll begin the three times a week program for the next nine weeks. I thought about taking a before picture followed by another picture each week of my bodies progress but I’m thinking I may not post those. That is all together too embarrassing. Maybe at the end of my getting healthy journey I’ll post them to see where I came from. I guess stay tuned for the next few months and check me out!

I may be one photographer amongst a million. I may be a thirty something girl who loves to laugh. I may seem to be the same ol' same ol'. I may love coffee & chocolate and thoroughly enjoy baking homemade cakes and cookies. I may even think that wildflowers sprinkling the rolling foothills are one of the most beautiful things in the world. Possibly these things make me ordinary but these few things (along with many other things) makes me me. And I'm going to raise my freak flag and wave it.
