One size doesn't always fit all...
I may be one photographer amongst a million. I may be a thirty something girl who loves to laugh. I may seem to be the same ol' same ol'. I may love coffee & chocolate and thoroughly enjoy baking homemade cakes and cookies. I may even think that wildflowers sprinkling the rolling foothills are one of the most beautiful things in the world. Possibly these things make me ordinary but these few things (along with many other things) makes me me. And I'm going to raise my freak flag and wave it. Life is good, it's short, and I want to make it sweet. So come along and join me for the ride!

Yesterday I got to head up to one of my favorite places on the face of this planet, Hume Lake, CA. Not only did I get to visit a beautiful town but I had the priviledge to take engagement pictures for Herbie & Andrea! We had a great time wandering around and chit chatting. And just when a moment got a bit awkward, laughter would fill the air and that’s the moment I would start snapping.
I’m pretty excited about this upcoming week. First off today is the 4th of July! For me that means time for barbeque, friends, hot weather, and fireworks… oh, and some boys (“men”) doing some foolish things with the fireworks. But here’s the rest of the week:
Sunday ~ Church … Monday ~ Hume Lake Engagement Shoot … Tuesday ~ Newborn and 2 year old Shoot in Reedley with a good friend … Wedenedsay ~ Beginning my travels to Colorado … Thursday ~ Fly to Colorado … Friday ~ Dress Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner … Saturday ~ Cronk/Taylor Wedding!!!
It’s gonna be a good week… I can tell.
