Having a destination wedding in Sonoma, CA was a brilliant move for Mark & Calandra! They chose to have their wedding on a Thursday at the oldest winery in California. Friends jumped in to help and together they threw an amazing, intimate, fun wedding!
A little history for you, Mark & Calandra enjoyed their first date at a food truck a while back. Because of this they hired Marks the Spot food truck to cater and it was absolutely amazing. Marks the Spot served sliders with three different sides and everyone got to go up to the window and order what they wanted. It truly gave the best ambiance I may have ever seen at a wedding reception. Everyone was mingling, waiting in the short line for the fresh food, and what was even better was that it was delicious! Seriously delicious. No joke. Delicious.
Another favorite part of the wedding was the decor. The tables were perfection. Grass, moss, shells, mirrors, and glass filled the center of the tables which were sandwiched between two gorgeous historic buildings on a little hillside. Phenomenal! I still can’t get enough of looking at the pictures and remembering it.
And my last favorite thing. Cheesy, I know. But it’s Mark & Calandra. They. are. so. much. fun. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them, hearing crazy stories, and watching them together. Mark loves the camera and will go on for hours posing if we let him. Mark & Calandra, thank you for everything!
