are you wondering what happened with c25k?

Me too.  Well here’s the thing, I did my run last Wednesday before I left for my long weekend in Colorado.  Since I’ve been back I simply haven’t done it.  My question for you is this… since I haven’t been running for the last week and a half do I start my training from the beginning or do I pick up where I left off?

Any thoughts would be very helpful.  Is there any one who reads this that is doing the Couch To 5K Program?  I’d love to hear your stories!

    I say pick up from where you left off or go to a middle distance. Somewhere between where you left off and where you should be is a good plan. This is what I would do when I was marathon training and didn’t get my runs in. It worked out alright.

      It’s so freakin’ hot to run. I am completely unmotivated! Wish I had a running party. Why don’t you move here for a few weeks so we can run? Okay? Okay.
