On a breezy day in June Kyle & Rachel tied the knot in Galt, CA. Almost everything was handmade. Rachel sewed Kyle’s vest, added buttons to the bouquets, sewed the intials, her cousin made the cake, friends and family jumped in to help create the beautiful centerpieces, Kyle built the arbor, he cut cherry wood pieces that went on the tables, they worked long and hard to create the wedding of their dreams. And I got to go and capture their amazing day for them! Congratulations Kyle & Rachel. You guys are amazing, wonderful, fun-loving, caring, and absolutely perfect for one another. Enjoy.

John & Jessica threw a classy black and white wedding. Tied to their Chicago roots they incorporated elements of the city throughout their wedding. For instance they rented a “party bus” and we drove around the city taking their wedding party pictures at different Chicago landmarks. They also made the coolest labels for their wine bottles which were the table markers… brilliant and so cute! Both the bride and groom are involved in the field of medicine and they love playing Settlers of Catan (which is my absolute favorite game!). I loved working with them, getting a tour of their remarkable city, and taking their pictures! John & Jessi, congratulations and may your years be filled with love, romance, and tons of games of Settlers.

This sweet little thing turns 3 years old this month! She’s been lovely since the day she was born. Let me tell you, she was a tiny, fragile, little thing when she arrived into this world. Within a month she went from 5lbs to 15 lbs. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating but I’m not going too far out there. She became this cutest, chunkiest little darling ever. And now she’s turning 3! She’s absolutely beautiful and truly enjoyable to have around. We took some pictures then would go on small excursions in-between sets to look at the horses. (I live by horses if you didn’t know… they’re not mine but my neighbors.) Without more rambling, here’s her lovely pictures from this fine July morning in Reedley, CA…
