This past Tuesday I got to travel up to Fresno and meet this great young family at the Fulton Mall. It was quite an adventure shooting a three year old and a wee babe but they did amazingly well and we got some great shots.

Back home in Reedley… I thought I’d start my day off right. After a walk around the park I made some oatmeal and added cinnamon and sliced apples to it. Having recently finished reading Julia Child’s biography, My Life in Paris, I made sure to go by her recommendations about recipes. To follow them exactly without cutting corners so that the food tastes as it should. Well, my oatmeal was a bit too watery. Eh. I tried the recipe for it once and now I won’t ever make it that way again. I’ll make it how I like it, not watery.
Anyhow, here’s my breakfast on this cold Fall morning in Reedley… oatmeal with a pipping hot cup of tea.
