Hello, my name is Jen

One size doesn't always fit all...

I may be one photographer amongst a million. I may be a thirty something girl who loves to laugh. I may seem to be the same ol' same ol'. I may love coffee & chocolate and thoroughly enjoy baking homemade cakes and cookies. I may even think that wildflowers sprinkling the rolling foothills are one of the most beautiful things in the world. Possibly these things make me ordinary but these few things (along with many other things) makes me me. And I'm going to raise my freak flag and wave it. Life is good, it's short, and I want to make it sweet. So come along and join me for the ride!

Kevin & Kristin Pearson Orange County, CA wedding

I got to shoot this wedding back in January. I was living in Brooklyn at the time doing an Internship with Richard Pierce Photography located in midtown Manhatten. I flew out to California for the weekend and had a great time working with this couple. Kristin is hilarious and a bit out there and Kevin levels her out perfectly. He too is funny but maybe he’s more witty then funny? Either way, the two of them are a perfect match.

They FINALLY (just kidding Kristin) put in their picture order using their picture credit that they got with their package so here are a few of the edited images that are getting sent to them. Enjoy my friends.

Planning

June 27, 2009

Today I’m going to tackle a few small things and then head out to two of my high school teachers retirement party. The things I’m tackling are: the dishes, editing a picture order, sending out a wedding contract, and unpacking from Hawaii (I know, it’s been a few days but I’ve had no desire to open up that suitcase).

Things I’m looking forward to…

I’m looking forward to shooting Amy and Adam’s wedding in Colorado in two weeks

I’m looking forward to updating my website… simplifying it, changing the images, cleaning it up really.

I’m looking forward to starting the Couch to 5K program.

and

I’m looking forward to what God is going to be doing in my life!
